hi! i’m sher - an intuitive bodyworker, self-massage guide and creative based between "vancouver" & "calgary". 

massage has been part of my life since birth. in my family, babies are massaged daily for at least the first year of their lives. i have always felt a natural inclination towards massage support and chose to study massage formally at a young age. from there i moved on to study bioethics and education as well as wine & spirits. i have worked as a massage therapist, nanny, teacher, and hospitality professional - and all of these roots feed the work that i do today. 

when i'm not supporting folks through bodywork, you can find me hanging out in rainbow community, dancing, storytelling, and resting in nature.
