hi! i’m sher - an intuitive bodyworker, self-massage guide and creative based between vancouver & calgary. 

massage has been part of my life since birth. in my family, babies are massaged daily for at least the first year of their lives. many of my ancestors were known for having healing hands, and i have always felt a natural inclination towards massage support. after high school, i chose to pursue massage therapy studies at mount royal college. from there i moved on to study bioethics, education, and wine. i have worked as a nanny, a teacher, and hospitality professional - and all of these roots feed the work that i do today. 

when i'm not supporting folks through bodywork, you can find me hanging out in rainbow community, dancing, storytelling, and resting in nature.
