hi! i’m sher - an intuitive bodyworker, self-care guide, teacher, storyteller, hospitality professional and creative based between "vancouver" & "calgary". 

i appreciate working on projects that bring nature, food + drink, wellness, art, dance, and community together - retreats being a personal favorite! 

massage support has always felt natural to me. i chose to study it formally at a young age and from there moved on to study bioethics and education as well as wine & spirits. after years of working in hospitality, education, and child care - i decided to return to massage, this time with a deeper understanding of energy and meditation as well as crystal and sound healing.
