massage has been a part of my life since birth. i studied it formally at a young age and then chose to explore other passions such as bioethics, education, hospitality, travel, and spiritual pursuits. these days i offer intuitive bodywork sessions, guided self-massage, and often collaborate with with community members on events and retreats, as well as educational and artistic projects. "taking care with sher" has become the place where i create, connect, and share in the world of wellness.
mindful wine tasting
with a love for great hospitality, an affinity for teaching, and a passion for taste, i created "share the wine, please" - an approachable, mindful, and education focused wine tasting experience. when making the shift from hospitality to wellness, i began offering mindful wine tastings in slow and intentional tasting environments. these days, i am happy to share my love of the wine world through consultations, private tastings, events, and retreats.
