A BIT ABOUT ME ツ

I am an intuitive bodyworker & creator - with a long time love of retreats, meditation and prayer.

I love to work with folks of all ages both 1:1 and in groups. My favorite healing modalities are gratitude, self-love, and mindfulness practices, bodywork, crystal & energy healing, connecting with nature, breath work, singing, dancing, play, meditation, and of course - prayer!

I have attained Bachelor’s degrees in both Bioethics and Education. I studied Massage Therapy and have learnt crystal & energy healing. I am always learning and growing through the support and guidance of trusted mentors and my own inner wisdom.
